I'm looking for approximately 23 left and 20 right hand operators to replace existing, It appears that products 39-044 and 39-045 would work, can you please confirm?

I have a Pacesetter double hung window that the pivot bars and cams went out on. I've picked up that hardware from Swisco, but ran into a snag with one of the balances having its coil smashed up as I went to do the installation. Guys, Can you match my existing pivot bar? See the attached photograph. It comes from a PGT double hung tilt window and has a marking of 111 on the side.

The crank replacement is for an old Howmet Aluminum Corp. which I believe was their Homet Plant Playroom. It is all aluminum: sides, ceiling with skylights and awning windows. Please help if at all possible.

We've had problems with the balancers since the beginning, HR doesn't have parts, told us if they're made in FL, they only had a two year warranty, and parts are not available.
