Hi, there. I have 50-year old triple track aluminum storm windows on my New England home. One of the outside (upper) storm windows has both hinge keys broken off and I was told it can't be repaired because the window frame is riveted to the hinge key. Is this true? To Whom It May Concern: I am looking to replace the mortise lock for my Chamber storm door. Attached is a picture with dimensions of the current mortise lock. I think the model 40-194 mortise lock would be a good replacement. Is that true?

Do you have a corner key like this? W=0.525, Thickness= 0.252, L= 1- 3/4, Square Corner= 3/4"....This fit into a 5/16" extruded screen frame and the wall thickness of it is 0.050.
