Hi I need help with this part. Please advise it's a balance for window. Slider tilt out windows

I'm looking for trap doors on screens for steel casement windows that are push out with cam handles.

For Phillips single hung windows from 2001 Fleetwood mobile home. Spiral balances, non tilt windows.

Need replacement rollers for this door. It's an older door and there's no official markings on the door that I can decipher that distinguish a model/manufacturer I attached the original receipt for the door and a picture of the actual roller.

Screen door roller measures 1 7/16 x 2 1/8 a hair over 7/16 on thickness

I ordered the wrong replacement latches. The photos above are of the original latch (and the screens they came from) that needs to be replaced. The screens came with the Pella double hung windows I had installed approximately 30 years ago. The windows are still good but many of the screen latches ha ... (cont.)

I need a replacement for this screen frame clip. This is part of a screened in porch that has 11 panels. The long side (1") where the screw goes through needs to be a length of 1".

Hi I'm looking for white plastic latches that fit for retractable screens, do you carry latches that look similar to my pictures? Thank you.

The screen and storm panels are recessed by 1/2" (it's an old door). I've seen a few examples of the right configuration of clip, but nothing larger than 5/16".

I need to replace the counterbalance on a Pella window. Most are missing serial numbers, but I attached a photo of one put in at the same time, same size.I'd kind of like to get the part without taking the window apart to see the old part. Would like to do the job once, not twice if possible. :) ... (cont.)

I hope you have the part or parts I need. The window is BR Rich, Cabernet.I think I need a new pivot shoe and whatever part the pivot shoe fits into, for the left side facing the window. I will also buy the same parts for the right side. Thank you for any help you can give me!
