Double glazingsliding door wheels are damaged dimensions: I have uploaded the dimenion picture

Width is a little over 1/2". Channel length is 25 3/8" I cannot find any other info on the window or the balances. The other balance is working but if the balances aren't too expensive I would go with two.

Looking for a 26-4 channel balance.

My sash weight was 25.5 lbs when I weighed it today. My original balance number is 3660 Caldwell CM (see attached photo). Should I use the Stamp Option 25.25-4 or 25.25-5? Thank you, Steve

The plastic channel guide end piece broke off upper hinge arm of my crank window (images 8565 and 8569). We are replacing some 20" window balances and trying to determine the proper balance to use. Non tilt vinyl windows installed in 1997. Balances have identifiers 19 4 DS Caldwell if that helps identify the product. Thanks

there are no markings on the original balances. The dimensions are 3/4" wide, 28" length. wings on tops and bottom measure in at 1"

Slips when I turn the handle. It's not the handle to gear connection.
