Does this mortise lock have the dead bolt as the photo does not show it. My lock is a multi-point.

This balance came off a Seal-O-Matic window (Ocean, NJ). The rod is 28" in length with a 5/8" diameter.

Our storm door hardware looks like White Mortise Lever Lock, Product Code: 40-168, but the lock latch on our hardware is on the bottom, while product code: 40-168 shows the latch on the top. Can we flip the lever of product cod: 40-168 to where the latch would be at the bottom?

Have a Care Free Window, need a pivot lock ( many) I see where you suggest pivot lock15-134 and 26-297. I have Del Mar rollers for my patio door. The roller housing is 3-1/8" long, 1" high, and 3/4" wide. The wheels are 1-1/2".

I need to replace two rollers assemblies on on of my patio doors. The tandem roller shown on your web site does not look the same, but it may work. Have you had this issue or question?
