I have two channel balances ones stamp is 33 5 EV CMC 7 And the other 33 3 CV CMC 7 Looking for what replacement would work

I have purchased both mortise locks 82-227 and 82-218. All of the locks I purchased are 1/2 inch wide.The attachment has my notes for the size lock that I need. I need 3/8

So the window will not stay up. I assume the balance has no tension on it because they stay extended and they also do not stay connected to the shoe. So as stated in the subject, how can you tell if the shoe, balance, or both are bad? Thank you, Dale

My window says it is a milestone single hung series 1000 - w/n 04789. The cap that seems to hold the balance channel in the window broke. The balance channel popped out. Is there a special name for the cap that I can search for to find a replacement piece? Attached are pictures of the cap missing ... (cont.)

I need to find a vinyl window latch, MW window purchased 2003

I need help identifying what parts I need to help me fix the window. It will open fine, but won't stay open. You can see in the picture that the metal rod on the side is sliding down. Any help you can provide is much appreciated. aama h-lc30-53x78

See the enclosed photo. My latch is 3" x 1", the first hole is 3/4" from the end of the latch. We bought the house new in 1993.

Hi, Attached pixx of unbroken sash bar. Cannot find the window manufacturer. I believe the bar is part of an assembly and attached to plastic piece that gets inserted into corner. Can you please try to help me figure out a replacement part ? Thanks, Tony

The door has no markings and is from the the mid 1980's. I am attaching some photos of the rollers I need. Do have rollers to replace these? Thanks Wayne
