The one I see pictured on your web site appears to be smaller than mine, do you have this one?

I'm looking for an Anderson lock for my sliding door that looks just like 82-241 but not brass I want a white lock. I can't find it on your selection.

The replacement channel balance I need looks most like your SERIES 385. The metal channel is 17". But the stamp on mine say 1690. Should I just order the heaviest option 1660? Or do you have an option for 1690?

Does your part number 55-164 come in a thickness of at least .035? Our glazing looks just like the picture for the 55-164 the thickness is good but the measurement you have for the curve we get

Parts that have given up the ghost and I need to replace. It is a 6lb spring. It also looks like a 15-087. Also there is a adjustable screw mounted below the spring holder as you can see from the picture. Is that to hold the spring to the side. Thanks for your help.

Greetings. We ordered several Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance parts for defective windows. We found out that the windows need new "carriers for the springs to anchor into," according to our contractor. Can you please help me find the carriers he needs? Scott

I need 2 each Channel Balance Assemblies. Markings on old assemblies appears to be 27C, however when measuring the metal portion of the Channel itself, end-to-end, it measures 28". Hello, I need to replace 2 of my Milgard Window balancers. The part number of each balancer is (26 4 FU CMC 4). The balancer is 1/2" wide x 27" long. I believe the top is 19-005 but not sure about the Channel Balance Shoe Winged as your 15-004 or 15-005 look similar but not the same. ... (cont.)

1600/1650 casement &a awning window

The constant balance system in my window is not functioning. The coils seem to be intact. But the plastic has decayed and broken on the shoe. Please help me identify the parts needed to fix the window. Please see attached photos.

I had an old 25 plus year old "Pella" lock that broke. Looked up on internet and discovered other people were looking for the same replacement and this seemed to be the replacement recommended.
