I have a broken channel balances and the take out clip on one side. I look at the channel balances which stamped 26-4 on the side. I wonder which one of the stock you have will match for the replacement.

The window balance tension spring is broken on both sides of this window and the window will not stay in the open position. This is a 20 x 32 double hung Viking window and is 15 plus years old.

Any insight regarding this waindow balancer stamp

I have to replace the spring coils that hold up my window since they have broke. The only number I can find on them is the number 2. They hold up a 23 pound window. So I bought a 23 pound quick tilt for each side but it appears to be too strong. Was I suppose to divide the 23 in half and buy 12 poun ... (cont.)

I want to find this part. I do not have much imformation but I know that the channel balance which is with this part is your 26" Series 385. Please help me to find this part I need to replace it.

Hello, as you can see I lost the little knob that goes on the end of the crank. Might you have just this part in stone color? Thanks.

Looking for a replacement balance for a Viking Window. Current balance has part number 2830 on it. Included images of the top and bottom plastic pieces if needed. Patio door is a very tight fit. The bottom of the wheels, up for installation, need to be no more than .1 inch below the roller frame. Nice dimensioning on the part, everything but the dimension I need. Help please! thanks!
