I ordered these as replacement parts for my vinyl windows, however the light brown circular pivot that the Pivot bar fits into only pivots about a 1/4 of an inch then it appears to hang up. Please explain .... did I get bad parts are is this the way the Pivot shoe is suppose to work. It fits in ever ... (cont.)

I'm trying to replace a broken "Roto" brand multi point casement window lock system that came with a bevel that fit into an existing 4-1/2" mortise (see photo). These cranks are for awning type windows installed in an enclosed sun porch of a condo. Bronze colored. For screw holes, I tried to measure from the center of the opening. Do you have this window sweep lock? Mounting holes on the sweep are 2-1/4"

Jordan brand window locks, screws are approximately 2 1/4" apart. Windows are all about 6' tall with 2 locks per slider. None of the locks are latching so when in locked position the windows are still able to slide open. I don't know if it is because of faulty locks or the heat expanding the window. ... (cont.)

Looking for bronze colored sash lock for Rivco window made about 1993. The inside portion, raised center section is curved, not squared off. Shape of inside portion where it contacts the wood sash is also curved with straight end sides.
