Hi, I'm trying to match a coil balance on your website. PHotos of mine are attached. The coil spring is 1/2 inch wide and has an 8 stamped on it. It looks like your 190 series but the table for the 190 on your webpage doesnt show the spring weight.

Looking to get replacements for the crank. Need 3 left handed and 1 right handed.

Hi. I'm looking for a replacement latch for a double hung bathroom window. A piece of the metal latch broke off, probably from age and humidity. We have triple pane barricade windows sold to us by a company named Rolox. Attached are pictures of the parts needed. I cannot seem to find them on your website.

The only info on the window was the name CertainTeed on the locks. Windows were installed by US Window and Doors in San Diego, CA. One of the plastic clips is broken and we have no replacement. Would like to purchase backups of both sizes. Roger

Dear Swisco: I've attached a photo of the balances that need replacement. The end is red, it has the series 600 tip, the metal tube is 22" long and 5/8" in diameter (about 9/16" and it's certainly bigger than 3/8"). I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you. Neal Y

Hello, I have a question about this window roller. the third pic for this part shows a measurement of 7/16" at the roller end. I have this same part on a 30 year old window, but it is 1/32" smaller. Same part? Thanks

I need help identifying the proper replacement for this pivot bar. Although it has only 2 holes, the 3-hole 3 & 9/32 inches Die Cast 85-5003 seems to fit the description and measurements. The windows were installed in 1996.

What is different between shoe 15-004 and 15-005 on website only show 15-005 is 1" my old shoe measure 1 4/32"
