Hello I have a balancer that measures 23 7/8 long it is 1/2 x 9/16 wide the stamp says 23C Will your 770 Channel Balance work? My problem is the 23C stamp on my Balancer indicates I should order a 23C but I think your 24C is a better match? lase advise. thanks

no markings on window. It looks like there are separate pins for upper and lower sash. Both are single hole. One centers at 1" 3/8 and the other at 1" 5/8.

I'm hoping that you can help me find a replacement handle for my Pelli storm door. Don't see any numbers on it. We did not purchase this door so I don't have any paper work

Has made in New Zealand, no other identifying info.. Believe it's Pella. Broken handle is the non-locking one, just pulls a 4' glass slider. A customer needs both lower sash balances replaced on a Kolbe & Kolbe window, circa 1992. balances are stamped "26 TG K". So it looks like the 27" series 751 is what I would need. Only markings on the balance are 30 3 BSI 06. Metal frame measures 30 15/16" in length, 9/16" width. I need two of these specific balances.

Our house is about 25 years old. Several of the casement windows have brackets which have pulled loose from round nylon? Slider. Diameter of nylon looks like 5/16". May be 8mm. No markings on window that I can find. Windows were bought at flea market >10 years ago. Legs snapped off this one. We re-glued but doubt it will hold.

Do you have any storm window latches shaped exactly like the 91-033P except the channel that it slides on is narrower ?

There are 3 constant force coils per side. The window weights 35.6lb the pivot brake/shoe is 30mm (1 1/4inch wide) by 30mm (1 1/4inch) high and 14mm (1/2inch) depth(depth of the channel.
