I am having a hard time finding replacement parts. Please help if you can. Picture 1: Balance tilt--2 sizes. Size 1 is 17 inches/4 oz. Size 2 is 24 inches/5.9 oz. Picture 2: The diameter of both tilts Picture 3: Lock shoe and I don't know the name.

Is the part 'Product Code: 39-035' an acceptable replacement for the part seen in the photo I attached? The measurements seem the same when I measured the part in attached photo. That one part of the arm just looks different. Will it still work. Thanks
