This is an Alenco Vinyl Glazing Bead.

top left( 1st pic) and bottom left (3rd pic) latches are broken. Top right and bottom right are fine. Please suggest replacement parts.

do you have to take the side pcs off to install the rollers

In 2013 we replaced or sliding door rollers with Adjustable Tandem Roller, 1-1/2" Concave 81-095 The door is at the beach and one roller has already rusted out. What replacement product would you recommend for this environment? TIA Jean

I have 5/8" spiral balances on double hung tilt out windows from 1996 of unknown brand. Balances measure 31.5" and 33.5 inches of the metal tube. I have an impact window manufactured by Lawson that uses S385-36 balancers but the window weighs 55lbs. Does S385-36 come in weight ratings greater than 35lbs?

The latch is an internal and slips inside the side of the window. Length with recess latch is 3 1/2" Length of just housing without the recessed latch is 3 1/8" Width is 13/16" and the thickness is 3/8" Please let me know if you have a replacement....thank you!

Your hardware part no 23-043 looks a lot like mine. Mine is concave with a steel wheel that is 1-1/8 The wheel is adjustable so it should work on my closet. I prefer the nylon wheel on your units. I will be needing a total of (8) units. Please let me know if these are available
