Please see attached pictures...obviously, top part has broken off

The top window of one of my Traco double hungs will not stay up. Is there a cable or something that needs replaced?

I lost small screw that attaches door lever handle to lock. What size is it?

Do you carry this part that is shown in the picture. The arms are approximately 11 inches long.

The only markings are "HOPES" and "Jamestown NY" on the top and "L.H." on the underside. There are no other numbers or letters anywhere.
