Hi... Does the tip color on a spiral balance indicate what weight sash it will carry? I will be retrofitting spiral balances in a large double hung that had channel balances originally but the s-hook bends easily under the weight of the sash. Are the sash balances different models depending on whether it's the right or left side of the window or are both the same for a given window size?

The old balancer has "29B" and "USB" stamped on it. The aluminum is 30" long and 1/2" wide. Which SWISCO part do you recommend?

hi. I am looking for 8 window handles. My neighbor says they are kinko windows I took picture of 1 on window, and 2 of broken handle taped together. Handle also has a metal curved spring on top from end to end. thanks miguel
