Hi: The following numbers are on the balance. 11600-2. Down in the corner of the balance is another number. J75 5#23 12-81. The window is double hung. The size of the windows are 24in. by 16 in. What replacement number do you recommend? Thank you! Jim S

Hello, Hope you can help with replacements for this style window operator. The 1/4" thick "S" shaped operator handle is inserted through the inside screen and into the operator.

I've been searching all over for these rollers. I have one question and that is how do you replace them? They appear to slide into a channel in the window. I removed the screw in the channel but they are pinned in by 'bends' in the channel. How do I get them out and put the new ones in. I've at ... (cont.)

I measure differently than what you have on your website I do not have spreaders to get it out and the cutout is to high in the window, I believe it is only 1/2" thick

Do screws come with the cranks or do I have to order those separately?

I have a spiral balancer that is larger than 3/8 but just shy of 1/2" I am assuming i would need to go with 3/8" however the tip is red and that is not one of your options if i select a 3/8" tube. also, my length is 34.25". do i go with 34" or 35" Thanks, Sam
