Please review the attached photos and offer some advisement on what may be used as a replacement

I am replacing some channel balances. I have attached photos of the ends, and the marking on the balance says "38 4 JL CALDWELL" I am thinking it is part # S380-39, but not 100% sure.

Need ti know if you have the part and much

I had my sealed thermopane windows replaced but the installer broke a couple of the retainer clips - says they aren't available anymore. Do you have anything that would work? In another post you say they are the Keller 2048 series. Thanks in advance, David

Our sliding door doesn't seem to have an actual track that the rollers ride on, just a metal threshold which is now failing. The wheels are creating a groove in the metal which is causing the door to get stuck. Any suggestions?

This bracket holds the elbow to the window track. I don't know if that is the correct term for it. It broke and i would like to replace it. I do not see any names or codes. These windows are super old but i love them.. please help me out

my spiral balances are 19.5 inches, 5/8 diameter and red color tip. can't find name or number of manufacturer, but the windows are vinyl and over 20 years old.

I have contacted JeldWen service and they tell me the parts for this discontinued screen door are obsolete. I'm hoping I can find a replacement roller, the screen door is still in good shape. Thank you
