In regard to the 3/8" x 32" Series 900 spiral balance, the tip of the existing balance is brown. I do not see that offered as a replacement option. Can you advise which color tip I should choose for a replacement?

The crank comes out. It's opens the window fine but when I go to close it(turn out the other way) it comes out.

I ordered a thumb latch and patch receiver. However it is wrong. It is too wide to fit into doorwall thumblatch fits but. Whys it bigger on other side it is a 4 panel the year is 2000
