The handle that I need is identical to your part # 40-138. However, the thickness is for a door not 1 5/8" it's for a thinner door. How can I get a handle like 40-138 for a 1 5/8" thick door? Need to hear from you a.s.a.p. Mark

I have Alenco single hung windows in a home that was built in 1979. Some of the windows need various parts replaced but I need to be able to remove the broken parts to be able to send you pictures. Not sure if you call this a tilt pin or pivot point. There are two, one on either side of each widow sash. When the window is tilted out for cleaning or removal, these pins hold the window onto the spring. The little pin part has broken off on a couple of windows.

84-095 is close, but is it close enough? All dimensions match the 850N roller except the width. 850N says 1/4", where mine is 5/16". Do you have another with the right dimensions?

Hello I have a tilt window that a tenant broke the top latches . They slide out and have pat# 5.139.291 and 7E on them. the window is a 0201 double hung. P.L. #004-01. The tag also says H-lc25-44x77/ h-lc45*-44x60. I need both the right and left latches.

Older steel door and lock, late 70's/early 80's. On the outside plate on top is the word "PADO" and on the bottom is "LATAO". To me, it looks similar to the 40-049, and this is the only site I seen that has these similar locksets. The newer mortise locksets have wider plates that simply will not fit ... (cont.)

Your rep thought these windows look like tilt window balances, but I don't think so. I think the windows are too old to tilt. What do you think?

I have old storm windows with many broken latches and a few broken corners. The storm windows are 27-1/4" W x 28" H, and the screens are 28-5/8" W x 28" H. the crank only opens, can't return window. the brass insert nut has stripped out threads on housing, no way to repair existing housing. Found the word truth written on scissor bar and housing, the #45142 on housing and u.s. pat. 4505601. the scissor bar also has the # 30895A

I just bought a used screen security door (no idea what brand) that did not come with any hardware. The Larson Brass Mortise Lever Set, Product Code: 40-211, looks like it will fit but I need a 7/8" backset and the screw holes on the face of the door are 7 1/2" apart (compared to 8" on the Larson). ... I believe I have Rollyson windows 1984 yr. Channel balance 28 in. Stamped 27-D B.S.I. Window wt. 20 lbs. Bottom shoe looks like your #15-005 and dims. Match.
