Hello guys and thank you for your kind reply. I have an old ( about 25 years) window that needs the replacement hardware. Do you carry it, by any chance.I am enclosing some pictures of the hardware parts, to assist you in figuring out what type of window that is.

I'm trying to identify on my builder grade vinyl windows if these pictures depict the vinyl glazing bead? The bead or trim pieces were damaged in a hail storm recently. Kinco non-tilt single hung windows. Aluminum. Balance is corroded and broken. Balances marked "28 3 HT CMC 4" I've bought top sash guides for these windows from you in the past. This is the first time a balance has broken.

Please help ensure correct parts needed. Broken ones are misplaced, pics of good installed one. Thanks. 16 lb sash.

Hi. I need help find this replacement set. Some of the numbers on it are 30746 and 30462 with the word "Truth" on it

These parts have broken off of two of my Quaker windows and I can not open them and have them stay up with our placing rods to hold the up. I order some parts that looked like them but when they arrived they were not the same shape. The end looked the same but the part was not bent the same way. ... (cont.)

Hello Swisco! I need to replace my left side and right side Kinro window channel balances. The internal cord frayed/broke by it rubbing on plastic component inside balance. Here are the pics of the left side component: # stamped on metal is 26-4 KM5 CMC 8

Is almost 29" long the metal part, 1//2" with 3/4" deep

This is in an EFCO/Pella Aluminum window in a commercial building, and holds the screen in place

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to replace the window crank to my window as it broke off. I can't tell what the part is, it says "Truth" and has a 3 on it but no other item number. Thanks!

HI, I am looking for replacement channel body parts for my window. see attached photos. The channel is 26inches long (just the channel, not including the plastic guides) and about 1/2" wide.
