I am having trouble finding a Pivot Balance Shoe for a Spiral Balance on a Single Hung Window. I plan to replace the spral balances as well. Screen from a 20+ year old custom alum window from Menards. Sash window and screen slide up and dpwn in the same frame. Screen frame width and depth smaller than standard frame. Let me know if you need any additional pics or measurements and thanks.Dennis

9”-Long Arm The smaller piece has an extender-Without it extending its 5 3/4

The 4 latches shown work, but need to hold them open in order to close or open window. Is there a part missing that holds them in the open position? Or do I need to replace the latches... If so, would you please provide the part number I need to order Thanks, Garey
