May we please have help on recognizing lock and parts for sliding glass door. We have checked all over the door and can not locate a sticker of what kind of door this is. We have adjust door a couple times but the ladies at Hooters continue to break this lock.

Retainer clip is missing from operator shaft. Do you have anything that could help?

Window balances 29'' length and 1/2'' channel i cant find marks

Hello - I am trying to find the channel balance for this window. It is 1/2 think. It has stamped on the Metal 21 3 BSI MF. I have another balance just like this but it is stamped on the metal 27 5 BSI MF. There is a sticker on the top inside the frame that is in Gold and has AAMA Series 820 H-LC35. ... (cont.)

Channels are 5/8" wide and 31 3/4" long. It is stamped with "31 6". Any assistance helping me find the right part is most appreciated.

24" channel length 25 1/2" overall. 24-3 stamp. Channel width is 9/16". Channel depth is 5/8". I need four of these.
