I'm trying to find the correct tilt sash balancer that would connect to the correct tilt sash keeper.

I have a double hung window that is missing the balance hardware on the upper sash. Picture of bottom balance attached. Do I need the same balance for the upper sash? Can you direct me to an equivalent part on your website?

Hello, These are 2760, 9/16 wide. The sashes are approx 34 lbs. I need 6 total balancers. I want to make sure the ends are the same as shown. thanks!

I have a few that are broken and cannot hold the screen

the clean white face guide is part number 67-026. I was trying to replace the old ones that you see in the picture. They are both 1/2 wide, but the old one is only about 7/16 or less depth vs. the 1/2 depth on the new one. Just checking to see if you happen to have it. thank you. ... (cont.)

The right channel guide cord is broken and the right top sash guide is broken. Also the right take out clip is bent and needs replaced. The number stamp on the right and left channel guides is the same. The window weight is about 15 pounds. Do you think I should replace both channel guides? ... (cont.)

Hello, This latch slides along the edge of a sliding glass window pane. Its from a condo building, 20 stories high, in Tampa Florida. My guess would be 1970's. Any help would be apprieciated. Thank you. Frank

I'm trying to find out more about this window balance and where I can get it. This was in a vinyl window, I believe it is a tilt, and the stamp on the metal says 27D. Someone told me this might be a PlyGem window balance.

I bought the house last June and I believe the door is a anderson sliding glass door The lock is broken but still locks the door and it's a pain cause the knob falls off if you are not care when locking and unlocking. Just looking for a replacement for it thank you
