I have been told by a window company that my windows are manufactured by Heartland but the only words on them are Alliance. I mostly need new balance covers although I have one window that all of the coils had to be pulled out because they got so messed up. I also need a few tilt window latches. ... (cont.)

We purchased this home 2 years ago and it has never had the keeper. I cannot find the brand of the door. I have attached pics of the striker and the jam of where the keeper would attach. Could you please recommend which keeper might work?

Looking for vinyl bead for 1980 hurd windows, all wood, glass inserts from the outdoor side. Pics attached. The IGU is 5/8" thick, NOT 3/4". Have a beach house. Most all pivot pins rusted/rotted out. Want to replace but holding screw and pins are rusted together. Don't want to replace all 16 windows. I have measured the balance. It 1/2 inch by 23 inches. The marks on the balance are 22 3 Ko Caldwell. I think that the correct replaceable is the 23" series 385 Channel Balance 2230. Do you agree?

It looks like the 70-123 Patriot Screen Clip but the dimensions are 1 1/16 X 3/8.

I've ordered before but already had string break. 22" long with hole at top of channel balance, see photo of original ones.

The top sash guards have dried up from the sum and broke allowing the balance to go northward. Looks like the top sash guard is your part 8-064. Width at base is 5/8 in. need help with balance.
