window channel balance: (06/05) UNIQUE 13-C-30 14 inch long metal channel. I emailed earlier and got some info but I cannot decide which style it is, S390 or S351

It measures 28" in length (metal Part only and measurement does not include plastic end hardware), 9/16" width and slightly more than 1/2" in channel depth. This is the current bottom track for our sliding screen door. It is warped and because of this, the door is very difficult to open and close. Window is a Norco. Crank broken - can't open or close window. Can you help me identify a replacement part? Thanks! PS I am the homeowner but I am working with a contractor to do the replacement.

I have a two-piece casement window with the lower casement that slides up to open and down to close. The broken piece is at the top of the lower casement and the piece ensures that the channel balance stays in place when the window is being opened or closed.

This part broke that is on the inside of the window alley where the window goes up and down. I think it allows the window to be tilted.

Hello, I am looking into replacement balances and clips for my windows. I can not remove the balances as the clips seem to be broken and therefor I can not get the balances out. The older part that I bought before and worked is 26-292 and 26-293. I tried 26-391 and 26-392 but they are two thisk . What do you suggest for replacement?
