Please help me, I am looking for these wheels to replace my old sliding glass door wheels in my terrace or something similar that can be adapted

Keyed exterior sliding door pull item # 82-306 !!!!!! DO YOU HAVE THIS IN WHITE FINISH, that has the knock out for the key/lock mechanism???????? or DO THE SETS THAT DO NOT HAVE A LOCK HAVE A KNOCK OUT (that can be punched out with a screwdriver)???

I can not find the sash pivot shown on the attached photograph. The windows are certainteed installed in 1998. There is a marking of 102-2 on the bottom of part. I purchased 26-353 from your catalog but do not fit. Any help would be appreciated Walt

Hi, I am looking for the replacement parts of my ALCOA windows which were installed in 1996. There are a couple problems with those windows. The longest screws in the kit are 1 1/4". Far from any length that would be close to suitable. The actuator itself is too long, requiring grinding or cutting to be able to make this functional.
