It looks very similar to your S380 and S385, although mine has a channel on the bottom of the top piece. The stamping on the channel is "26 4 AQ Caldwell" Channel is 27" long, 1/2" wide. On the Balance is the following stamped "15 5 IP Caldwell" from a kitchen window installed in 1996. Metal piece measures 16" length I contacted Caldwell and they directed me to their distributor who wasn't helpful at all.

This part came off of a curved glass shower door with the name King Glass. Is this a part that you have? The roller is 15/16" diameter and center to center of rollers is 1 3/8". Roller thickness is about 7/32". Thank you Richard

Right hand side of window sash has a broken off pivot bar. The picture is of the Left hand side both the pivot bar and the female portion. I do not see any numbers or markings on the parts. The windows are 20 years old.

This window is a General aluminum non-tilt window with spiral balancers. There is no way to remove the sash from the frame. How do I replace the spiral-balance in a window like this?
