I purchased new spiral balances from you but it turns out i need some replacement "shoes" the ones I need have a metal piece at the top that is bent, broken or missing. I dont know what the manufacturer is they say easy care on the top for the window latch. The shoes appear to be about an inch wide. ... (cont.)

Hello, I have an older Ritescreen patio door which is missing the 2 adjustment screws and 2 wheels on its top track.
