Looking to replace my old channel balance on my Crown window. The stamp on channel balance is 14 3 KS Caldwell. The window is 28" wide by 17 1/4 high need 2. any help would be great. If you don't have them do you know where I can buy them. Also sending more picks. Thanks.

I have a customer with 6 pella windows and she needs all new hardware Hinges and the sash operators. The sash crank operators are part # 39-175 and 39-176. The arm connecting the hinge is 11". Do you guys have those or can I make the 10" or 12" ones work

It appears to be 9/16" thick, 1-1/4" wide and 2-1/8 tall I've attached pictures

I have Pozzi casement windows in my house. One of the opener broke (see attached photo). I think I will need to replace the arm operator, cover and crank handle. The only markings on the channel is "25-3 EI5 CMC 50" Looking to replace the string or whole channel if string is unavailable. The width is 1/2" and 26" long. Thank you.

Hi, these cranks are in a New Orleans church building; construction probably dating to the 20's?. They are brass and a bit different than similarly sized current ones, both by having a rectangular brass slider held in place on the arm by a short screw as well as a centrally located crank. I need to order two of these. They are from Alenco windows installed originally in 2000. Can you tell me, based on the pics, which model I need to purchase?

I am in need of 6 channel balances and might as well order 2 extra since at least one on each window has gone out. The metal shaft is 29" and there is a 28c stamped into it.

I need 16 Balances for 8 Windows. The Balances measures 24 inches X 1/2 inch and iare stamped with the number 2320. See attached pictures.

Attached are two photos each of my current window side tops and bottoms. They appear to me to be Top 19-002 and shoe 15-002 and their dimensions match those indicated on you website. Is S351 the correct window slide to order?
