I have a single hung window that sags 2"-3" when opened. I cannot find this replacement balance anywhere or any direction where to find it. The number on the side is 25-3 EH5 CMC 75. The over length of the balance (without the guides) is 26". Can you help?

It stopped working. Had it removed to measure for replacement. Once it was out the latch worked fine. it works out of door but once handle is secured interior door handle blocks thumb latch. thumb latch must be bent out of shape since 1981.
