windows about 20 years old 28 9 FR CALDWELL

Please advise which part no to order for replacing this balance. the tip is red. the length is 24". diameter 3/8"

Above is the only marking. The length not including the plastic inserts at the end is 30". The attached pictures have other dimensions.

There are no stamped numbers on the existing part. However, printed on it in black ink: 27 4 IW CMC 11. It measures 28" which does not include the top or bottom shoe. It looks very much like the model #S351 from the photos of 1/2" wide channel balances. Thank you very much for your help! ... (cont.)

I can get onenut plate at the top of the window frame that the balances screws into for mounting.i would like to know were I can get one it a square nut plate. I have been all over with no luck.

I ordered the 26-288 and 26-289 from you in the second photo but I need the part like the one in photo #1. Also the parts I ordered from you did not come with screws. Can I exchange these for the right parts if you have them?
