Looking for an identification on this. It does not look like the ones listed. There is a metal piece with hooks to go around the pin on these. The channel opening is roughly 1" to 1 1/4" wide and ~1/2" deep. THe sash is 20lbs and the end of the spiral tilt balance is blue.

Need ten window handles like this one. 4" long and 11/16" wide. Need any other infor? Thanks Mike

I purchased 39-067, Window Dyad Crank, 8-3/4" but I can't find a stud bracket similar to the one I have. I have attached some pictures of the stud bracket. Please keep in mind that the stud wich was on the left, opposite the screw has rusted off.Do you have a replacement for this? ... (cont.)

Does your storm door strike plate 40-197 come in other colors? I need it for my Pella storm door.

I was inquiring to see if product code 40-197 is available in any other color besides the color that is shown on the site? If so, is there any possible way I can get that product in the cranberry color? Any assistance is appreciated.

my balance has markings 27 5 GP Caldwell. it is 28" long not including plastic parts and 1/2" wide. I have more pictures if needed I think one plastic end is 19-005 and the other 15-005, windows were installed in 1999. I need 2 new balances. Thanks Mike
