Recently bought five(5) catalog 15-208 shoes. After installing one, concluded 9/16" is too thick. Saw a catalog 15-105 that looks similar but is only 17/32" thick. Looking for patio door roller replacement set.

My window uses dual coil balances as shown in the images. Two of the coils broke on my window(one on each side) and I'm not sure what the right replacements would be, all the coils are stamped with a number 4 and are 1/2 inch wide. I need operators and handle

Some crank handles in our casement windows don't hold in place. After opening or closing a window they literaly remain in your hand. Those handles are not typical - they have a metal post which operates the mechanism. Apparently that post is made of a very soft metal and it quickly wore off. Please ... (cont.)

I ordered some new parts. Pivots, Tilt pivot locks and springs. My pivots are to wide for the pivot lock. So I changed the pivot lock insert out and all works fine.
