Hi - I have a double hung aluminium frame window and looking for the correct balance replacement hardware. attaching pics of the top, bottom The channel is 1/2 inch wide and there is a marking 2540 Thanks

Existing parts are less than 1 1/4' in width. I measured it between 3/4 and 5/8 of an inch. I am returning 1 1/4; do you have the right replacements?

Hi Swisco, I recently had a horrible experience with Alside windows. Both coil balances on a double-hung replacement window had broken, causing the window to slam shut. Hello- I can't find any markings, numbers, etc on these corners. The solid portion is 5/16" thick; the arms are 3/16" - and the strips they're used to join are just shy of 5/8" x 5/16".
