Is the top clip included with this balance? If not, which clip do I need for the inner window? I plan to install this balance on a Marvin window circa 1978. Measurements and photos seem to indicate this is the correct balance. What are your thoughts?

Hi, I had bought these replacement rollers (81-082 : Patio Door Roller Assembly, 1-1/2"dia. Concave BB Wheel) for our sliding Arcadia aluminum patio door. The window bracket you see in the picture is on our Windows from Window Pros who is no longer in business. I reside in a condo unit that was build by K-hovian - the condo's were build in 1999. they used patriot windows. I need plastic clips that into the screens on the side. The have gotten brittle over the years. Can you direct me to the proper place to purchase them. Thank you,

We have Neff cabinets doors with 32-324 glass clips that rattle. We could use a 3/16" offset, but it appears you do not have it. Is there anything we can put behind the glass to stop the rattle?
