Hi, I'm trying to replace this patio door handle and lock on the other door they have in their home and I am having a very hard time. Please advise. Is there a replacement for this handle and lock? Paradox casement window hardware handle broke off.

Old Barrier windows from upstate New York back in the 80s. Also need the spiral balance tool to get them back up in there . Also need the stoppers there about 5 inches long. Sent pictures see if you can come up with anything.

I installed spiral balances S500-33 using #32 brackets two years ago. The spirals no longer stay in the bracket. When the sash is raised the spiral pops out and unwinds to the bottom of the window. The bracket seems slightly twisted. The spiral seems straight. What should I do?
