Hello Trying to see if we can match with new vinyl wheels. Wheel spec is hair under 1 2/8. I couldn't take wheel out for more accurate measure. The housing is 1 5/8 x 1 1/8 x 9/16

I have found a 29" series 380 channel balance on your site that appears to be a close match for an existing channel balance that I have. The existing balance is stamped: "28B USB". I need channel balances for this window. It was like that when we got here. It measures 26" long x 36 "wide. I would also like to get the weather-seal for the sides if it is possible. I guess it weighs about 10lbs. I would appreciate your help. thanks, -Peter

I need a replacement Anderson double hung window balance and the only visible marking says 11600-17 The visible glass dimension is 32-3/8"W x 20" H (each pane)

Please see the attached photos. I have a total of 8 windows, most of which still work fine, however I am in need of 7 of the balances. These windows are all 58" high. Need to determine which replacement balance to get.

My channel balance explosively disintegrated in my window (sounded like a gunshot). Pulling out the pieces I found the length of the metal channel to be 29" (metal only). 19/32" wide (measured on the outer edges of the U), and 17/32" deep. The channel is stamped 28F. HI I determined that the window that I want to repair the sash balance is an Anderson. In the lower left corner is the AW in a triangle and the code xi R in a circle with breaks at 3, 6, 9, 12. Hi I'm in need of some tilt slider parts for thermal guard triple panes from the early 90's looking for 2 sets. Some additional details. Part is 9/16 thick x 1-1/4 wide x 2-1/16 high. Sash has T shaped pin. Thinking I will just order your stock part and hope it fits. thanks

Hello.....Can you tell me what part number I will need to replace these spiral balances? They are 5/8 wide by 20" long. The shoe pivot I found on your website....I wasn't sure about the balances because I couldn't find one with a blue tip....Not sure if that even matters... Thanks, Mike ... (cont.)
