Looking to replace door handles. Have 2 doors only 1 has handle. Want to replace both so they match. Door 1 1/8 thick. Mounting holes 3 1/2 center

we bought our house with this slider and it didn't have a latch for the door. everything else is there except the latch in the frame.

The handle broke off the crank. It has 0P05-7525-03 on it and a date of 3/19/03.

Distance between lower two screw holes of base: 1- 1/8 " Between top and bottom screw holes of base: 5-1/4" From bushing to joint: 2-3/8" Not sure how to size bushing.
