The roller assembly is 3/8 inch wide while 2 inch long. The wheel is 1 1/4 inch. The roller assembly I removed appears to be the same as 84-016, but after looking at a few more the all seem to have the same measurements. Removed from a Milgard screen door.

Hi. I have a customer whose storm windows are looser than they used to be, plus the screen track is notched in a bad place. Do you have the part in the photo below? Wheel is 7/8" and 1/4" wide. From wheel to end if assembly measures 1 1/2".

Hi, looking for advice on selecting a replacement channel balance. The number on existing balance is 2930 and is is 30 inches long. The width of the channel is 9/16

There are no names, numbers or markings on the old part. Unit measures 2 1/16" x 1 1/4" x 9/16" I would like to know which product I should order as a replacement? Thank You, Chris

The plastic pieces are broken and need replaced. I nee 2 of them. I also need the inner rail that mounts to the drawer. I have np part number but measured 21 3/4" in length. This part mates with outer rail part number 108755FL. Please help!

I'm unable to correctly identify the appropriate latch to replace my climateguard window latches

Looking for a window casement replacement as seen in the attached photos... This base of this part is 4 inches at its longest... and 3 and a quarter inches at its narrowest (away from the window). It has a width of 1.5 inches.

Opening the window is very difficult. It is very heavy as the balance does not work at all. The spring on side also rises with the window. It is not anchored down. The window on its own comes out of the frame. I have never worked on a window before. Hope you can identify the problem and suggest a ... (cont.)

I have watched several "how to install" videos for glass sliding closet doors. All address the bottom rollers but none address the "vinyl top guide." They look like you 23-079 piece. Can you explain how to install them or guide me to a link that will? Thanks!
