I have a window sash that is about 20 years old. Both of the bottom sash pivots are broken. The is no brand name on the window.

Trying to locate this hinge to be used in producing Hopper style windows. I saw the image on the web and it gave me this website. Please let me know if this is something you carry and can sell to us. Thanks

Sits, My balance rods are failing as they are expose to direct sunlight and are 15 years old. I'm looking to replace all balance rods and pivot shoes. Windows are vinyl with dimensions of 3/0x6/0. My window sash weighs 17 pounds. I think the old ones are red on the top sash and blue on the bottom sash. The sash weight seems to be on the upper limit of the red. Would you recommend the blue or red? 18 inch long by 5/8

Door is about 22 years old. No marking or named to identify manufacturer. I got on roller assembly out intact which is in the photo. I can't find thus in any of the pictures on your website

I adjusted the spring tention and put window back, then I heard a cracking sound so I took window out and can see that the tube is slightly bent and slightly seperated at top. I can not find any names, mumbers or markings.

The item pictured is 2 inches long and 1/4 inch wide. There are 2 holes and either a 09 or a 60 at the top, and 8 just under the part that stands up and a 17 between the 2 holes. Thank you for your help

OK. Replaced one set of window channel balances with 385. Was easy to identify the shoes and tops based on your images, dimensions etc. You guys do an amazing job, thank you. We have single hung bottom tilt-in Windows that were put in when our home was built 23 years ago. The Windows do not stay open or can be difficult to open. Will replacing the part fix the problem? Is so, can you supply the part? Thanks, Sharon
