I received the tandem roller today that I had ordered. Unfortunately, it is not exactly what I need. It is perfect EXCEPT I need rollers with a groove (see photo). Do you have tandem rollers in stock that have a groove in each one?

it is right hand. I have a part # of 45136 on the base, a # of 40052 on what I would call the arm. the mechanism is stripped. I may also need a left hand. can I get new ones?

Hello, Looking for replacement channel balances and take out clips for my windows. They are about 30 years old, do not tilt, and weigh about 32 lbs each. Do you recommend a lubricant for the spring and rope? David

Hello, We discovered a broken pivot shoe on one of double hung windows. The bottom piece that retains the balance spring in the middle slot of the pivot shoe is broken so it keeps slipping out. I need pivot shoes for 3 Willmar double hung tilt vinyl windows which were installed in my home in Plymouth, MI in 2001. The windows have identification numbers of VS0001 and 031401-01. The pivot shoes appear to be damaged, particularly the metal cams, so that the upper sashes don ... (cont.)

These parts have become worn over the last decade and it appears that you may have produced similar parts. I am looking for a way in order replacement parts as well as get instructions for keeping them oiled (I used bike lubricant on these).
