The screws holding the housing to the window frame have rusted off and are rusted into the housing. I am unable to remove them without striping the housing threads. I need the entire crank with housing, crank and gears.

The "tube" seems to be a white plastic, with the coiled spring assembly inside. The upper screw mounting broke off and the spring now doesn't work, as a result. Can the sash balance be identified using the numbers etched on the glass and the dimensions of the glass without taking the window apart to get the part number on the sash balance itself?
