Hello. I recently ordered and received a double hook mortise lock (part no. 82-238). The good news is it fits just right. The bad news is my problem isn't solved. I think these are the levers we have on our windows. There are 2 broken ones that I'd like to replace, but I can't figure out how to remove the broken ones. I'm attaching 2 pictures. I am searching for the LH spring assembly for a double-hung Simonton window. The part number on the broken spring is: #4.0 35" P. Hopefully this is adequate nomenclature to get us headed in the right direction? Thanks.

I am attempting to order New Window Channel Balances of the 1/2" or the 28" long balance with the 2730 stamp on it but I am not sure which type of footing I need to have to match. good day... I am needing some parts for gapco windows. This house was built in 1987, so I assume that is the year the windows were made, or thereabouts. I have studied your different parts for different series of Gapco windows and I am quite sure that the windows are series 385.

I need help with how to determine the pivot shoe size and how to determine what springs are needed.!

The metal channel of my balance measures 33" long but my stamp shows 32 9. That's right 32 9. No zero in how it is shown. so do I order one that is 33 inches long (metal channel length) at 3210, or one that is 32 inches long? And what option number? 3210? or something else?

Channel Balance for 2820 (2) and 2830 (2) needed, part S351-29. Went through all steps for ordering online with measurements and specs.
