These windows were installed in 1999,2000 by a manufacturer in Burlington/Toronto area. The force balancers have broken/snapped as well as some of the brass (?) parts that are attached under the window and catch the force balancer that enable the window to open inwards on a hinge. I'm looking for 8 replacement balances to replace the ones pictured. Four Windows total. They are Atrium single hung, tilt, new construction windows that are approximately 12 years old. The metal part of the balance is 22".

I need to return the 40-191 multi point mortise lock. It will not work with our door. The mortise part number that I need is the 202220635. The mortise has both the door latch as well as the keyed deadbolt. The color is a sandy color. Do you have this part?

I recently ordered 2 S385-28 (option 2730) for a window. Order #771348. The window opens easily, but doesn't stay all the way open. It slides back down 2-3 inches. The original channel balances had the following number on 27 4 BSI 06​

i have been using the 90-238 for replacing viking latches, but it seems you discontinued them. will the 90-278 substitute for that latch?

Need to replace rollers. What rollers do I purchase? Also how do I remove the rollers? Looks like a screw from above holds roller in place and you would have to remove the glass to get roller off. The door was installed in 2001 in Ocean city, New Jersey.

I have a window need new channel balance. It labeled as 28C. I am guessing the proper channel is S380-29, and that based on weight I should get a set of Option 2830. Generic window, needs knob as it seems to be striped. The window has a straight arm, and the roll out has a bent arm.

I am looking for a pair of replacement balances, my channel measures 27" from tip to tip, the shoe is 1 1/4"w, the balance is stamped with 26-3 on it, please see attached pictures. Thanks, Mike

These are 2 1/2 inch, four hole pivot bars from an unknown window manufacturer. Only label on the windows was B12142 Peluso, 43 x 59 sticker.
