Missing these locking parts. They sit inside the casing but are secured via screws on the side. I am missing 2 of these. Need help identifing the part.

6ft long. Need to replace. Would like to know if this part is available and how much it would cost.

With my five hole configuration, are there any options if I change out everything including the matise lock mechanism. So basically what could I do just starting with the door (and no mechanisms or handles)? You help is very much appreciated.

We are looking for a replacement for the top track as well as the bottom track with the crank. Please let me know if you need more information we have some window parts that are on order and we would like to add this to the order.

Zeller? sliding door handle/ lock Mounting holes are approximately 4 3/32" apart.

Window has 2 channels after moving in with my mother to take care of her I took notice of not closing properly (it is a horizontal closure) one of the channels was not engaged and just staying in place at the bottom of window.

Hi - have an window with absolutely no manufacturer marking anywhere (glass, frame... nowhere). Crank will correctly open the window, but when closing it, the crank and the mechanism behind it unscrew instead of bringing the window back in, as in my second pic.
