Hello, I'm looking replace a number Milgard balances stamp 31-9 and not sure which balance part is correct? I think it's 385 series 31 inch 3030. Please verify and let me know what is needed.

The sliding door lock system is frozen. The latch and key are not able to move the internal locking system (mortise) to lock or unlock the door. I have a Two windows that need all four coil balancers replaced. You have most of the individual parts, but one of them is discontinued. Wondering if there is a all-in-one or universal coil balancer that could fit my window. 6 pound one and a quarter inch wide

This hinge is broken and the window will not close properly. This is a tiny piece that appears to be part of the Entry Gard Truth hinge assembly. It slides under the bottom of the window into a groove that allows it to close smoothly and tightly. I can't remove it. I saw a video on Facebook made by ... (cont.)
