Hello, I am looking to replace this window crank. The photos attached include the broken crank along with a matching one that's still intact. The only marking I was able to find was OP06-1526 6 inside the crank.

Need to id correct partAlso need help in removing and installing new part

I've installed others before that measure 39 inches but this one is just shy of 27.

It's seems to be a 23" spiral balance. 5/8 diameter. White tip. The end of the spiral seems to be damaged. No shoe or bracket anywhere in the window frame nor near window.

See photo of Milgard casement window operator. The knob rivet is about to fail and I'd like to get replacement levers, both left and right side. Window and operator work fine. Can you help? Thanks, John McBirney

The only stamping is "27D" and "BSL." I don't have a photo of the mechanism installed in the window. If you need it I can disassemble another window and get a picture. These are very old sash windows. Buliding is 100 years old. The window sashes and frames are all steel. Need replacement sweep lock. Hole spacing appears to be ~ 2-9/16in on center and ~ 9/16in set back. Once I identify the replacement I will buy several, to have on hand! Thanks! ... (cont.)

We have over twenty year old windows and want update the gasket and weather trim. We also need to replace the window weight and spring in three windows. They are all Simonton windows.

I think the 380 or 385 will work but not sure.

Several of my windows look like this and as my husband removes the bottom windows and cleans them, they no longer balance to stay open/up during normal functioning.
