When bottom window sash is opened it does not stay up in place. Keeps falling.

Wanted help indenitifing these parts of a window.

3/8" diameter 29" long tube no bushing on end. These are on Cavalier manufactured home vintage 2006. They have been noisy for years and getting harder to open and close. Thanks for your time, Mike

Need replacement for Truth Hardware Housing no. 31761. I believe the roller assembly no. is 39-21. It is imperative that it has the extended mounting tabs.

It is located at the bottom of the window and is 3 inches long.

Added a patio door handle with keyed lock and discoved that this lock strike or whatever it is, is broken and my door won't lock.
