Cabinethinge from Century cabinets Colmar, Pennsylvania vintage 1997

I have three of these crank windows with the hardware all rusted out (the home is right along the salty ocean). I believe I need the 16 inch dual arm crank to replace the hardware, but I also need to know what other parts I need to attach to the underside of the window itself. The part is so rusted ... Hello - no identifying parts or numbers I'm afraid.

I measured the channel at 23 3/8" with out the shoe. The stamp says 23 4 ISF VN. Don't know when or what the manufacturer is. Just need one. The sash weighs about 17 lbs. just need one side.

How long is the shaft on the handle of the 049 ? I have a 1.5 thick door and that shaft length looks like the limiting factor as to making the set work.
