PART # 45FL02 is stamped on the inside. I have no make or model of window. Latch is 7 5/16 in length & 6 5/8 from bolt to bolt & 7/8 wide. This could be 10 years old or so.

I'm looking for replacement parts for Buchmin closet doors. This is the only info that I have; Buchmin No. Z9711975. I hope you have this part.

what is my best option for fixing this full length lift handle and make it look good. not sure of the length because I couldn't find my measuring tape, maybe 14-17 inch. Maybe grind it off and put 2 lift handles?

This part keeps upper sash up. There is one on each side of the sash, the one on the right sash came out of its sleeve and will not go back in.

We remodeled a condo, demolition and complete renovation, interior - built 1972-1975. Andersen casement windows in great shape but operator covers and lock covers were discarded in demo.
