Our building was completed in 1997. This channel balance is 1/2" (+ a hair) wide and 18" long. The only markings are those in the photo. Can you identify this and tell me the price for a replacement including attached top and shoe?

Your Swisco 82-008 model screw distance works for my door. I need a front/back plate width of 7/8 inch (not 1) and door depth of 1 inch. Does your item match this?

I'm trying to figure out which Stamp Option I should choose for the Series 380-24, but the stamp on my channel balance doesn't seem to match any of the options. It says: "23 4 HO CALDWELL". I'm not sure how much my sash weighs, but it feels like at least 20 lbs.

Hi, I have used your 30" Series 380 Channel Balance (S380-30 / 2930) for my 29" x 33" double pane sash, and they just barely hold my 23 lb. sash up. The window actually only stays up at about 80-90%, but I think that is better than going up to the next size (2940), which is what my Alcan windows ... (cont.)

Hello, I've recently taken apart the sash on my storm door. I'm looking for a source of the L-shaped fittings for all 4 corners.

The long side that fits on the bottom of sash is 2 3/4" long. It is 5/16" wide. The pivot is 1" long. The wider piece that screws to the side of the sash is 1" long and 9/16" wide. The marking on it says SELECT US.
