What is used to adjust the rollers? a screw driver or a allen wrench? need to adjust the wheels.

Do you have a part for Weathershield windows I bought in 1989. The part is very similar to your coil balance shoe 15-175. I need about 12 or so. Any number less than that would be great. Bill

lock shoes for tilt window vinyl sash.channel rod has a 3 digit stamp - 28C. unit broke and needs to be replaced. also imstruction on how to install if needed, please

I need a bunch of replacements for my Anderson windows. The house was built in 1985. The numbers I see are 11600-17 and D32 7#27 385. Any help would be appreciated.

From the center of the part to the wheel end of arm is 10 3/4" The window crank location is centered. There is a removable cover plate (crestlline) that fits over operator. The balance has writing that is not too clear in the picture, but says: 29 9 HW CMC 11. There are no numbers I can see on the end pieces ( I need 2 of them for the top left and right of the window. wondering if u can identify these rollers. sliding glass door is over 50 years old. only number I can find on the door is 161-2. Rollers are approx. 4 1/4 long x 3/4 wide x 1 3/8 tall. rollers are approx. 1 1/2 dia.

I am having a new home built with Ply Gem vinyl double hung windows. The window models are the Pro Classic Series, PWG-M-56-00432-00001. Need 2 of these locks pictured, just received my order #764913 and the locks are too large. Received are 1 3/16" wide and I need 1" or 15/16" wide locks. Can you help me get proper locks?
